Building for the Future Capital Campaign

Our congregation recently embarked upon a capital fund-raising campaign called "Building for the Future." The goals targeted by this campaign are listed below. Please also review the sidebar links for more information on the role of our building and facilities in our ministries, past, present and future.

"Building for the Future" hopes to raise $250,000 over the next three years. Of the money raised, fifty percent will be used for immediate needs and fifty percent will be put in the Capital Improvement Trust Fund to grow and help meet future needs in the Center of Life.

Possible projects that have been identified by the Building Manager and the Building Ministry include: Upgrading the first floor restrooms, men's and women's; paint and new carpet for the Youth Lounge; carpet for the Special Education Room; new pew cushions in the chapel; carpeting the choir risers in the chapel; new and improved signs inside and outside the church; new stove and paint in the kitchenette; refurbishing the parlors; improving the church offices; upgrading the building's heating and cooling system by phases; re-paving the parking lot.

As more funds become available, additional projects will be added.

For more information about the "Building for the Future" campaign, please contact the campaign committee: Don Hughes, Elizabeth Lanski, James Maddox, Thom Meyers, Sue Miele, Andy Whitenack, Chuck Wojnowski, Marlene Pomeroy, Bonnie Hughes (Chair).

Be a part of supporting the mission and building for the future! Your tax-deductible contribution to the Capital Improvement Trust Fund is greatly appreciated.
