Center of Life

"Center of Life" is both a building and a mission of First Congregational Church of Pasadena, United Church of Christ.

Many pass through its doors each day, to worship, to meet, to heal, to be enriched, to learn, to sleep in safety.

The idea of the "Center of Life" first arose in our congregation several years back when we were struggling with the needs and demands of a large facility such as ours, which can easily overwhelm a small congregation.  We decided to make an effort to view our congregation simply as one of many participants in community ministry in a common facility that belongs to God and to all.  Please follow the sidebar links to read more about our Building Partners and the various ministries and community programs at work in our building.
