Lambda Group

First Congregational Church of Pasadena is an Open and Affirming congregation within the United Church of Christ ... affirming, involving, and ministering to the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender community.

The Lambda Group at First Congregational Church is an active group of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender persons and friends within our congregation. We are good friends and co-laborers in ministry. We work together to support our congregation in the church as well as our church in the community.

We are involved in the life and activities of our congregation. There are many opportunities for service, ministry, and belonging.

One of our goals as a group is to help make FCC more visible in the community as a church which is not only "open" to gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender persons but also "affirming" of them in their lives and service.
